Here for you on this journey
What is a Doula?
They’re mama's support person - someone who walks alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—not to make decisions for you, but to help you stay rooted in your power, your intuition, and your vision for your birth.
I’m not a medical provider—I don’t deliver babies or perform clinical tasks.
But I do offer something just as important: unwavering emotional, physical, spiritual, and informational support through one of the most transformative experiences of your life.
A doula is there to remind you that you are the expert of your body.
To help you tune out the noise and tune into what matters most to you.
To hold sacred space when things feel intense, confusing, or overwhelming.
To speak truth, offer guidance, and walk with you every step of the way.
Whether you’re preparing for a hospital birth, a home birth, or something in between—having a doula means you don’t have to navigate it alone.
You get to feel seen, supported, and truly held.
Birth is sacred. And you deserve to be surrounded by people who treat it that way.
Birth Doula Support in NY/North NJ
Once I become mamas doula, support begins. I like to have monthly prenatal calls throughout pregnancy until 36 weeks. At 36 weeks we begin having weekly prenatal calls. If pregnancy goes past 40 weeks, we will connect every day until labor begins. During these prenatal calls, we discuss any fears mama has around birth, we discuss them and process the fears, I educate mama on the physiology of birth, go over informed consent and all of the possible interventions (and alternatives). My goal is to help mamas feel more prepared for birth, informed about all of her options, with minimal fear and confusion in the process!
Hypnobirthing Sessions for Fear Releasing & Peaceful Births
Hypnobirthing is a powerful approach to childbirth preparation that helps you feel calm, confident, and connected throughout your pregnancy & birth.
Through simple breathing techniques, guided relaxation, visualization, birth education and mindset work, Hypnobirthing teaches you how to trust your body, release fear, and work with your body during labor—not against it.
This practice isn’t about being hypnotized—it’s about becoming deeply present, grounded, and in tune with your body’s natural rhythms. It’s about shifting the narrative from pain & panic to peace, power, and presence.
In our Hypnobirthing classes, you’ll learn how to:
🌿 Empower yourself with birth education & deep understanding of your body’s beautiful design
🌿 Reduce fear and anxiety around labor
🌿 Stay centered through each stage of the birthing process with breathing techniques
🌿 Support your nervous system through breath and guided visualization
🌿 Involve your partner or birth team with confidence
🌿 Create a birth experience rooted in sovereignty and trust
Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between—Hypnobirthing is for every mother who wants to feel empowered, educated, and truly supported.
Virtual Birth Support
Virtual doula support is a beautiful option for mamas outside my travel area or those who prefer a more flexible, intimate experience. It’s especially supportive for women planning an unassisted or sovereign birth—those who don’t want anyone physically present at their birth, but still want to feel deeply held and guided throughout their preparation.
Through virtual birth prep, I walk with you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually—so you don’t have to navigate this sacred journey alone.
As a Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, I am able to equip my clients with many tools to use before and during labor to have the most positive experience possible.
With virtual support, you’ll receive:
• Ongoing emotional and spiritual guidance via Zoom, voice notes, and messaging
• Personalized birth prep sessions tailored to your unique needs and intentions
• Materials to prepare independently such as The Fearless Mama Birth Prep Journal
• Affirmations, meditations, and tools for releasing fear and claiming your power
• Real-time support during labor via video or phone (when desired)
• Virtual postpartum check-ins to help you process your birth, nourish your nervous system, and feel held as you adjust to life with baby
