Tiffany Holmes
Founder, Birth & Postpartum Doula, CBE, Pelvic Steam Facilitator, & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
Hi love, I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably standing at the edge of a big transition—maybe preparing to birth your baby, maybe holding your baby in your arms and wondering who you are now. Wherever you are, I want you to know: you’re not alone. You’re seen. You’re held.
My name is Tiffany, and I’m a mama of three, a birth and postpartum doula, and the heart behind Mother Well. But more than that, I’m a woman who’s walked the sacred—and sometimes messy—path of motherhood, and I’ve felt the ache of trying to do it without the village I longed for.
I became a mother at just 17. I loved my baby fiercely, but I was overwhelmed, under-resourced, and silently struggling with postpartum depression. That experience planted a seed. In 2020, I finally became a doula after going through massage therapy school and learning somatic healing.
Years later, after birthing two more children and navigating more waves of postpartum emotion (even with more tools and support), I realized how deeply mothers need spaces where they can just be—raw, real, messy, magical.
That’s what led me to the creation of Mother Well.
Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. I believe our bodies are divinely designed for birth, and that you are the ultimate authority over your birth, your baby, and your body. My mission is to help you remember that. Whether we’re preparing for birth together or tending to your healing after trauma, I’m here to reflect your power back to you when you forget.
This work is sacred. It’s personal. And it’s my honor to walk beside you as you reclaim your voice, your strength, and your wholeness.
If you’re looking for someone to hold space for all of you—not just the glowing mama-to-be, but the vulnerable, questioning, and wildly powerful woman underneath—I’d be honored to support you.
You were never meant to do this alone. And now, you don’t have to.
Why I Do This Work
Becoming a mother cracked me open in every way possible. The joy, the grief, the rage, the love—it all lived in my body at once. I learned early that the world doesn’t always know how to hold mothers in their full complexity. I also learned that when a mother is truly held—when she’s safe, supported, and honored—everything changes.
I didn’t have the support I needed with my first baby. I didn’t even know what I needed. But that experience lit a fire in me. I knew I wanted to be the kind of presence I never had: someone who could sit with you in the tears and the triumphs, who could remind you that you’re still whole, even when it all feels like too much.
That’s the heart of Mother Well. This isn’t about fixing or saving anyone. It’s about remembering. Reclaiming. Rooting back into the wisdom that’s already in your bones. I do this work because I believe that when mothers heal, families heal. And when families heal, the world begins to shift.
