Breastfeeding Support
As a breastfeeding counselor and mama who successfully breastfed two children, I can be a wealth of knowledge and support to help you navigate the beginning stages of breastfeeding. Your body was made for this & you can do it with proper support and education! Whether its latching, positioning, or breastmilk storage…I got you, mama!
You deserve to be held, while you hold your sweet little babe!
Postpartum is a sacred time of healing and integrating. Support is essential. Rest isn’t a luxury in postpartum—it’s a requirement for healing. In a culture that glorifies bouncing back and pushing through, I’m here to remind you: postpartum is not a time to perform. It’s a time to be held, nourished, and honored. Your body just crossed a sacred threshold. Your organs are shifting. Your hormones are recalibrating. Your heart is expanding to hold this new life. You are not just caring for a baby—you are also recovering from birth and integrating your own rebirth as a mother.
You don’t need to earn your rest.
You don’t need to explain your rest.
You simply need to honor the sacred work your body and soul are doing—even in stillness.
This is how we reclaim postpartum—not as something to rush through, but as a vital, holy season worthy of reverence.
Sometimes birth doesn’t go as planned & I’m here to support you through that, too.
Of course, no one plans for birth trauma. But, it does happen sometimes. I’m here to say that you do not have to navigate through it alone and you can absolutely find healing when you’re ready.
